Great showroom, super helpful and nice staff, to top it off, we got to take tile samples home to test!!

We had ordered Samples but the tiles we needed were too old to be in stock. We missed each other on phone calls and messages. and we were a little upset, we had nothing, To help the staff were great and the Mngr (owner) took care of us , had us drop by and gave us samples tiles to see if he could fill the gap and help with what we needed . Wonderful, . staff and mngr/ owner were great. fun and clean show rooms too awesome. Stock and displays

Great customer service and selection

Wandered in as a lookyloo since my house in L.A. and saw a great tile I love at a great price. Sales people were very nice and then helpful again on the phone when I couldn’t find it online. Above and beyond!

Aside from the far drive from Seattle, I loved my experience with them! Staff were super helpful. They provided full tile samples to take home (return later). Prices were great, and included a quantity discount. Pickup (ordered in from CA) was always within a week, so quick turn time. I’d recommend them to anyone! Regarding footage to buy, that’s always tough to guess but is on the purchaser. If you want it super precise you should layout your full space and determine wastage based on cuts. Plus assume some waste for bad cuts or breaks.

Wow! We have been trying to design and remodel our master bathroom for a few months now and have had a very hard time picking our tiles and colors. We came to discount tile outlet today and Mindy helped my husband and I basically design our whole bathroom for free. I wish we came here months ago. So extremely helpful, great design eye, and so much product to choose from. We are excited to work with them on this project and will use them again for any future project.

I love Discount Tile Outlet and these folks, great people, super helpful (and patient) with me on design services with my condo renovation last year. I bought numerous items here including my quartz countertops, and GAIA LVP flooring. Everyone there, I think, has helped me at some point, including Laird, Kristen, Mindy and both Jordan(s). Very happy with their design service, customer service, their turnaround times, etc. Highly recommend them. I meant to write this review last year, my bad on the delay.

This place is great. Can’t recommend working with Dan enough. We went here on a recommendation from a friend and have used Discount Tile for a major primary suite remodel. Very reasonable prices. Great tile selection, solid set of options on other things. When we had materials issues they helped out tremendously with making things right

Love the tiles I bought here! The employees were very helpful, one tiles came within 3 days and another within 8 days of ordering it. They also suggested the color of grout for both tiles which was very helpful
